"We do a lot of work in the Healthcare Industry that requires some very special products, such as Lead Lined Doors, Heavy Duty Hinges, and the like. Anyone who does similar business, knows how demanding the clientele can be in this area - and how important the deadlines are. Not meeting expectations will most likely result in damage to your reputation - and this can be the beginning of the end for a lot of businesses. Recently, I found myself in a sticky situation when my usual Door and Hardware provider made some serious errors when ordering materials for a project. In panic mode - I frantically surfed the internet trying to find someone who could provide me with the materials that I needed within a 24 hour time frame - materials that usually have very long lead times. I stumbled across www.qualitydoor.com while doing a search the night before I needed the materials, and placed a phone call. Luckily for me, my company, and our client - Samee Rafiuddin answered the phone. Samee patiently listened to me babble on (I was about 13 hours into a long day) about some very specialized material that I am not exactly an expert on, and helped me to put together the list of materials that I needed for the job. It wasn't until later that I realized he began the conversation with me more than thirty minutes after their offices had closed - which is a very rare courtesy indeed in this day and age (as many of you are aware). Not only did my items arrive the next day - Samee also did something else rare - by calling me several times to follow up and ensure that I got the materials that I needed. Throughout his dealings with me, he was patient, thorough, and professional, and he helped me accomplish the mission. Needless to say, the website that I had "stumbled upon" is now accessible whenever I click my "Favorites" button on my browser."
