No cancellations or modifications will be allowed after 24 hours of order placement. All claims for returns must be done within 5 days of receipt. All returns require an approval and will not be accepted without a returns good authorization (RGA) number. All merchandise must be in the condition and packaging it was sold in. All approved returns will be shipped at the customer’s expense. The RGA number must visible on the packaging label and the package.
A restocking fee will be applied to all returns depending on the specific manufacturer and their discretion (typically between 30% to 50%).
As per the request of the manufacturer, their defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer and the customer must deal with the manufacturer directly. Any claims of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt and customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns. We are not responsible for any labor in replacing the defective merchandise.
All rejected shipments will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If you wish to return an item, please review the above RGA process.
All unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
