How long have you been in business?
Quality Door & Hardware has been serving the industry for 20 years! We have a 25,000 square foot facility in West Babylon, NY and stock over a million dollars worth of hardware at any time.
Am I buying from a real company or a ‘one guy’ home organization?
Yes we are a corporation and a major player in the commercial hardware industry. We are a customer service driven hardware supplier, so call our office during regular business hours and we will be here to answer all of your questions.
Do you also supply doors and frames?
Yes we do! We stock hollow metal frames, hollow metal doors, and wood doors.
We also have access to FRP doors, etc.
What if I have questions or need help placing my order?
Yes, we do have a knowledgeable service team ready to answer any questions you may have. You can contact us in the following ways:

Do you have a showroom or factory?
Yes, we have both a showroom and a factory located on Long Island! **photo's coming soon**

Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently have a printed catalog. Our website is our catalog.
We do however have access to thousands of products from the following manufacturers and MORE!
How long will it take to receive my order?
How long it takes to receive your order depends on what products you order and where you are located. You can call to check our stock or follow lead-times listed on this site.
Will the holidays affect the lead-time on my order?
Yes, lead-times on products are approximate. We always do our best to hold to lead-times given, but holidays definitely do affect that. Always subtract holidays and weekends from lead-times given.
Do you do business all over the county? Do you supply hardware internationally?
Yes, we do business all over the country from the east coast to the west coast.
We do ship internationally. All out of country orders are FOB our factory.
Do you have specialized pricing for contractors, institutions, and tradesmen?
Yes, we do have specialized pricing. Please call with any questions you may have. We have an estimate cart set up on the website where you can create and send your own estimate and a customer service representative will get back to you within one business day.
Does your company supply cut-sheets and submittals?
Yes, we do. Once we receive a deposit on a hardware job, we will be happy to provide you with cut sheets and a hardware schedule.
What are standard hardware finishes?
All manufacturers offer their products in different finishes and colors. The finishes differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please see the finish charts shown for each individual product.
How do I know which handing my door opening is?
Follow instructions listed below and call with any questions.
Do you sell residential hardware?
Yes, we do. Visit our residential division at www.QualityHomeGoods.com. We have a large array of sinks, faucets, mirrors, locks, corbels, and designer hardware.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
