Some Specific Delivery Issues:

Damaged Packages – damages that occur during shipping which are the fault of the shipping company, are the responsibility of the shipping company. Customers must contact the shipping company directly for resolution of this issue.

Please note all orders are shipped, FOB Origin which means the buyer pays frieght charges, bears freight charges, owns goods in transit, and files claims if any.

Lost Packages – if the shipping company leaves a package at a customer’s address, without signature, QDH  is not responsible for any damage, theft or misplacement of the package. To ensure delivery, customers are advised to ship to an address where someone will be available to sign and receive packages.

UPS PO Boxes, APO’s – Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
