This Pemko door bottom is

This Pemko door bottom is made of quality. I'm still working out the adjustment of the activating lever length, because the seal doesn't always drop into place on the lock side of the door. Slightly opening the door back a few inches usually causes the seal to drop into place for a good seal. The problem is minor so I haven't bothered trying to fix it.

Despite this, after having installed one of these I can say that I would never use anything else on an installation I want to have the clean look of a flat sill that sits flush with the floor.
