The TRX L 80 Has a Satin Stainless Steel Finish. Townsteel TRX-L-SFIC-80 Is a Grade 1 LockSet, 2 3/4" or 5" backset options, Is Ideal For Use In Institutions, Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Care Units, and Detention Facilities. Townsteel TRX Locks Outside Clutching Lever Protects Lock Against Abuse.
Communicating Lock function is defined as a lock where the deadlocking latch bolt is operated by the lever from either side. The turn button or locking device on either side locks or unlocks the opposite lever. Do not use this function on doors in rooms that have no other entrance.
